Rhett and Christy Atagi of Genki Takoyaki are back for another installment of Japanese Home Cooking! Participants will learn to make some of the most popular Japanese dishes including: sunomono pickles, tamago yaki omelette, agedashi tofu, miso soup, shio yaki soba, and of course, rice! After the demonstration we will all sit down to this amazing shared meal. Recipes to take home and beverages available for purchase. Ages 13 and up. Registration ends Sunday, March 11.
